Ever stop and watch groups of athletes jogging together down at the foreshore or in the park and it's clear they are a group...?
A fitness activity is a great time for bonding with your teammates and having conversations while getting that stamina and fitness increase.
Have a think about how you can make it enjoyable and accessible for your club, maybe some food or a scenic location for it to happen.
This weekend is school holiday bye week in SA Church Basketball, why not get a group together small or big and do some practice or exercise if you don't have other commitments.
